I Did It – Hull 10K

It was on Sunday when I finally ran my 10k, and I was genuinely surprised at how well I managed. After having problems with my ankles and back, I haven’t been able to train as much as I wanted to. Even so, I decided I was still going to go for it, even if I just walked it. But, I ended up running the full thing! It just felt so easy. Maybe I had managed to pace myself just right. Exercise: Good For Physical AND Mental Health

I’ve taken up running. Not very far yet, but with each run, I get a little further. It feels good, as I am making progress towards a goal that I have set myself.
