You Don’t Have To Fight It Alone

If we battle through our problems together, the walls that keep us trapped inside, away from others and from positivity will break down much faster! Being alone tends to encourage our minds to wander, and let in the negativity, which isn’t helpful. Grab a friend, a relative, a therapist, and talk through everything. You may even cry a bit, but letting out your emotions will really help you. theleenaproject: I haven’t seen many panick attack/anxiety help posts on my dash, so I thought I’d make one. 🙂 Some great tips here to help you during a panic attack. I find it quite hard to remember to do these when my panic attacks start, so it might be useful to make a note of some of these suggestions.
